    I like tilapia cooked with lemon juice...the juice seems to take away what fishy-taste it has left...then some pepper and garlic and it's quite enjoyable. That said, I bought some cheap whiting a few months ago thinking it would almost be the same...I could barely choke it down. So might wanna watch out for that. Nice thing about tilapia is that it's pretty cheap. I also tried swai a few months back and liked it. basically it's like Vietnamese farmed catfish or something like that. Pretty good, also cheap.

    i feel you! i find that i only tolerate fish if it's killed and cooked the same day. absolute freshness! and so spoiled.... anywho, if you are near a fish market that sells live fish, give that a go :).

    tuna totally doesn't taste like chicken D:
