I see some people eating alot of egg whites. wHY? For the protein? Why not protein powder? 20 egg whites at once...what is the volume? fills the plate I imagine. Where do you buy egg whites? you dont actually seperate them yourself do you? seems very expensive?

    thanks

i like it because only has 17 calories per egg instead of 70 per or 30 with egg beaters which to me means more food which i do

Dave - I'd take egg whites over protein powder, since there are additives, carbs, & fat in the powder that I don't want! Egg whites are pure protein, no fat or carbs. (though personally I eat whole eggs, but only 2 at a time!)

I read it as 20 also. I was a little curious myself - I get tired of separating after 4.
