Calorie Zig Zagging

Hi, so I really like the idea of calorie zig-zagging. It keeps things interesting for me, and I've heard it's good for weight loss. I was wondering how everyone structures their zig zags. I'm on 1200 calories a day. If there's anyone else out there doing 1200 a day with zig zags I'd love to know how you structure your weeks!

Also, does it defeat the purpose of zig zagging if every week is structured the same?
