30DS Level 2

I have been doing the 30 Day Shred for 5 days in a row now, as well as all my usual exercise (including some days of 2 exercise classes AND the shred).

So far I don't seem to be aching too much and I haven't struggled with the workout at all, so I'm thinking of bumping it up to Level 2 already, after just 5 days of Level 1.

Do you think this is a wise idea?

And is there a big difference between Level 1 and Level 2? I kind of hope so!

I'm scared I'm not going to see results because I'm not in any pain!

I found level 1 on the easier side and was following the higher impact version by day 2. I did level 1 for 7 days and moved onto level 2.

I moved up to level 2 after 3 days as I found level 1 too easy. In the information with the dvd it just says move up when you find a level easy so thats what i did

I did 10 days on each level only because I thought that was the way to do it but now that I am doing JM Ripped in 30 I have cut it short and moved to L2. Its whatever you are most comfortable with. If its too easy for you then move up a level or do the "advanced version" and see if that challenges you more! Its worth a try! If that doesnt work for you then move up a level.

    I wish you the best!

Wow!! I'm so jealous! I'm just a blob on the floor by the end, I'm on day 5, level one too:embarassed:

But, yeah I would have thought if you're following Natalie and not cheating like her (lol) and still finding it easy, it's definitely time to move up, good luck!!

Jillian says to move up to level 2 when you are ready and it sounds as if you are. You might not be sore beacuse you are in better condition than most.. The first time I did the shred it was killer.. Now not as much, but it is still a great work out and effective in my opinion.
