Today, a coworker of mine came up to me and said "Megan, whats happened to you, youre disappearing?!" Lol
I told her Ive been trying to lose some weight, just eating better and exercising more and she said "Well you look great, and thats a lot coming from me because I usually dont notice things like that"


Needless to say that put a smile on my face first thing this morning :)



Ive lost 8 pounds since Ive been on MFP, 27 pounds all together :)

    I had the same thing happen to me about a month ago.... a VP in my office was walking by my office door as I was coming out and he said, 'Lorraine you are getting thinner & thinner." I smiled so big and winked at him.....Love it when someone else notices!!!

    Keep up the great work....dedication & perseverance rule!!!
