Im new to MFP, I have tried other things in the past and always blame it on "being too busy", whether it is becuase of school or work.
Too busy to go to the gym
Too busy to write what I ate that day
Too busy to make a healthy lunch or dinner
Now that I am graduated from college I can not use school as an excuse anymore, so I blame it on being too tired after work.
I am sick of failing on every diet plan I have tried and would really love to say that I was able to accomplish something! I am hoping the MFP will be the change I am looking for, I think it is important to have support, even if it is the support of strangers. I recently moved to a new town, and I do not know a soul, so I am hoping to be the new me, the person that I really want to be!
Hopefully I am able to find soem support here on MFP, and we can reach our goals together!!!!

i feel like i am in the same boat. i have tried other things and i get unmotivated quick with excuses on why i should quit. i've made myself do this for a week and hopefully it will stick after that... i am determined. it is wonderful to talk with you and just know that there are other people that feel the same way.0

I'm new to MFP too, for the same reason as you. I need accountability since everything else I've tried haven't seemed to be working so this is my way to know we're all working to the same goal & not alone. Keep at it, you'll do great! Friend me if you want, though I'm not the best motivator (I find lots of excuses to eat chocolates) :blushing:0

I'm new too, I'm hoping this website will make me feel guilty as to what I'm eating, although I always claim to be a 'healthy' eater - we will see!
Log in daily, record your food / exercise and hopefully we will see the weight come off.
