Im new to this a little stressed. Im 22 yrs old at 152 lbs. Need help to lose it and motivation.

    Watch the processed and junk food. Log on everyday and stay within your goals. Portion control is key. Eat lots of veggies and drink a lot of water.

    Eat right and keep moving....walk, ride a bike, whatever it is...just keep moving.
