What is everyone's take on Amanda Knox? I haven't been keeping up with it but everyone seems pretty polar about it. I don't personally know enough to make a decision.

If this has the chance to become a heated discussion then close it.

Never heard of her. I do not watch any form of news. Listen to the radio or read the paper so I'm Clueless about the stuff that goes on. But in some ways I perfer it that.

A lot of the laws in other countries does seem to be pretty lax. When I was 19 I went on a service trip to Nicaragua and before we went down we had a long talk about staying together and the rules because the justice system is practically nonexistent there.

Read the Rolling Stone article when I first heard about it. Its just like any other super hyped up trial/crime story, you have to have your own opinion. Mine was not guilty because not enough evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt. My boyfriends was guilty because he just doesn't like her. lol

I thought some of her actions after the fact were weird, but other than that I thought she had a very unfair trial and was innocent.
