Lynne's Healty Artisan veggie feta Pizza

Take one artisan flatbread (I used arnold-140 calories, 8 fiber, 3 fat)
put 1/4 cup of pasta sauce on top ( I used canned Hunts veggie-25 cal, 2 fiber, 1 fat)
then I topped with 2 stocks of green onion chopped, 2 white top mushrooms chopped, chopped garlic and dry basil
then 1 oz of 60 cal reduced fat feta.

Place on a sheet of tinfoil in the oven on convection bake 450 for about 10 minutes watching it not to dry out or burn.
This equals about 236 calories ( I cut into two pieces) ENJOY!

I AM SURE THERE ARE LIGHTER CALORIE FLATBREADS AND YOU CAN ALSO ADD THE VEGGIES AND SPICES OF YOUR CHOICE. THIS IS COMFORT FOOD FOR ME WITHOUT GOING OVER BOARD.:love:
