Egg sandwich - fast, easy, cheap, and delicious

1 egg
1 slice of 2% kraft american cheese
2 slices of smartwhite wonderbread
1 tbsp of Hellman's reduced fat mayo with olive oil

Start bread in toaster. Start egg in frying pan like a sunny side up but after it has cooked a minute break the yolk and spread over the egg white (covering it like a top layer). Let cook like that for a minute until you can flip over. Put cheese on egg immediately after flipping over (try to form the egg in the beginning into a square kind of shape). Spread mayo on toast and then put the egg+cheese on. (Don't let the egg stay on very long after it has been flipped). salt and pepper

275 calories
I know the mayo part of it sounds weird but trust me- it works

    I've been really into making egg salad wraps lately. I just use the small wraps and approx. 1 egg to a wrap, plug some monteray jack cheese. Your sandwich sounds delicious. I should try this. Thanks

    I scramble egg whites in the microwave, use turkey bacon, 100 calorie english muffin and a wedge of laughing cow cheese or I like my pizza ones for a change which is 3 egg whites, a wedge of laughing cow swiss cheese, tbsp crushed tomato seasoned with italian seasoning and garlic, and about 7 slices of chopped turkey pepperoni mixed and stuffed in a pita

    any suggestions for a tasty wrap to use instead of bread?

    This is my breakfast 4 days in a week :p

    1 egg white fried in 1 tsp butter substitute - 36 (apprx)
    3 slices white bread- 180
    4 tomato slices - 12
    5 sliced cucumber - 4
    1/2 cheese slice (8.5 gms) - 25 cals (will vary on the brand)
    diet Mayo / Tartare dip - 1 tsp (24 cals approx)
    sprinkle sm pepper on it

    Total - 281 cals

    use 2 slices bread to make it 221 cals.. smhow i love tartar sauce on everything :P more than Mayo

    think i will try mustard tomorrow :D hardly any cals in it.
