Does anyone workout at the rush?

I've been working out with a few friends for 2 weeks and I decided I'd rather have my own membership than feeling like i was mooching off my friends elite haha.
they mentioned a R3? does anyone know what this is.. and about how much everything is
I want a membership that I can use any gym considering i live 40 min from work and would work out in both places. Any help would be nice I'm just wanting to see what I'm getting myself into.
