using MFP to record weight work

I am hoping I am just doing this wrong. Is there anyone to put in a workout with weights without going through each machine, or each dumbbell exercise? Also I can't find most of them listed. Is there no tricep exercises listed? I wish there was a way to search the exercise database alphabetically instead of hit and miss guessing on what an exercise might be called. Does anyone have a simpler way or clues how best to use MFP to record your workouts?

are you entering it under stength or cardio? because it might not be under cardio. i know you want to log the calories burned that way you have a little to eat back. try entering the exercise in strength (fyi, just checked, and there are a few tricep exercises there) and during your work out, just time yourself and enter it under cardio for "stength training."0 -

personally, i have never logged it as cardio-strength training, because i usually do it while in the middle of my run or hike. however today i managed to sneak in push-ups, lunges, and pull ups at work, and did it all pretty quickly in the course of about 22 minutes, and i can noticible tell that my body is huuuungry!!! so i might log it in. hell, 22 minutes is only 114 calories... which means i can have a slice of pizza today!!!0
