Toughest Jillian Michaels DVD?

I want to start a new workout program thats about 30 minutes and still a bit of a challenge.
Which is the most challenging out of all her DVDs?

    I'm doing the shred, but I hear that Ripped in 30 is killer.

    Have done 30DS, Target Zones and right now I'm in the 4th week of Ripped in 30. Hands down I'd say Ripped!!!

    Cardio wise- I'd say Banish fat boost metabolism. For an overall, full body workout Ripped in 30. Ripped in 30 is definitely a step up from Ripped in 30, and leaves me dripping with sweat, but I still don't have the endurance to do all 7 circuits of Banish fat.

    I would suggest if you want to increase the difficult of her dvds- do all of the levels in 1 workout from her dvds that offer levels. I would be a wet noodle if I did all 3 levels of 30 day shred in 1 workout:)

    I brought both 30 day shred and 6 week 6 pack. I tried them both on the first day and 30DS was really tough but manageable. 6W6P was too hard so I am doing 30DS to build up my strength first and will then do 6W6P!

    I would say buy all of her DVDs...I already did the 30 day shred and now I am on Ripped in 30 which is a bit challenging....if you truly want to see results, any of her DVDs will do!

    I ended up buying 6 Week Six Pack AND Ripped in 30! :)
