It's got to be a movie that really captures your attention. Something you can lose yourself in while your on the treadmill (within reason of course!)
I love action movies - The Matrix, 5th Element, Sherlock Holmes, etc.0 -
Really anything with someone whose body/figure you appreciate! Seeing them on the screen is always a motivation. And that JLo movie where she was an abused wife who trains and then kills her husband in faux-self-defense. I can't remember the title to save my life right now.0

It's called Enough... Brilliant film x0 -
I sometimes will go with Terminator movies, or even Arnold Schwartenegger moves as well just because he was so physically fit.
Other ones would be like Gone in 60 seconds, fast and the furious. Fight Club... so I think there is an action theme here.
I've even watched the TV series Dexter while doing cardio.0 -
I bring my iPad to the gym with me so I've got a long list:
Equilibrium
300
Sin City
Kill Bill Vol 1
Gladiator
Run Lola Run
Matrix
Rambo
Rocky
Bourne Series
Blade Series
Taken
Killer
Enter the Dragon
Hot Fuzz
Kick-*kitten*
Kung Hu Hustle
The Rock
Transporter
Expendables
Crank
That's what I can think of off the top of my head. Also a side note...movies with nudity get you funny looks when you're watching them at the gym. Very awkward...0 -
Thanks! Great Ideas!0
