I just got this dvd from amazon and was wondering if there was supposed to be information inside the case about the meal plan and everything? Usually there is a little paper or flyer on the left side of the case and there was nothing in mine so I wasn't sure if I got a defective one or what! But I know people have mentioned she has some sort of meal plan to go along with it and I wondered where you found that.
