Hi, I've just really started to get it together and get my lifestyle healthy! I lost over 50 lbs over a two year period (a couple years ago) and then stopped exercising and watching what I ate and gained all plus 10 lbs back in less than a year. I don't know why I sabatoge myself like that! I enjoy eating better and feeling better so why is it such a challenge? Anyway, I am eager to make a lifestyle change and get healthy for once and for all! If you would like to join my journey request a friendship!! Thanks!
