Healthy Choice meals

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knows . . I have one of those frozen Healthy Choice meals for lunch today. It's a chicken teriyaki with whole grain rice medley, assorted vegetables and peach crisp. I can't eat the rice . . rice does not agree with me. Does anyone have any clue how it would affect the nutrition info if I just discard the rice and eat only the chicken, veggies and fruit crisp? I'm guessing it would affect the overall carb count and fiber especially.

I tried calling the 800 number on the package, by the way . . and although they were very nice, they said they were unable to provide any sort of breakdown. :ohwell:

Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions.

i have been looking for something similar...like for example, I don't eat the apple crisp. I just don't like it. But I can't find anywhere that breaks down the nutritional value of each item in a frozen complete meal. Did you ever find anything?
