Hello my name is Sandra and I am new to this site but not new to dieting unfortunately, I have just rejoined Rosemary Conley slimming club, I lost 8st with them last time but couldn't afford to keep going and ended up putting on 4st really disappointed in myself, but just completed my first week at the class and lost an amazing 9lbs, so pleased with myself really want to get back down to size 12. Would love to make friends on here for support.
