    Awesome Job! Are you certain that you want/need to lose another 50lbs, you look great right now as you are? you must be tall because you hold 239lb very well indeed! I wish my 19yr son would lose 100lbs, he weighs about what you started at! Great job!

    Congrats! How tall? I'm 6'4" and want to be 225, so I'm curious how my body may look.

    I'm 6'2 - when I straighten my *kitten* out anyway! (not literally my *kitten*, that'd be weird).
    Luke, you look fantastic. 101lbs is amazing!! You look tiny in your last pics. What is your ultimate goal?

    Originally I wanted to get down to 196lbs. The closer I get the less sure I am. Currently, I'm sticking with getting down to there and then possibly gaining 20lbs or so of lean tissue. Really, I have no idea. I'm just gonna see how this pans out!
