Hi Everyone,
Like some of you I am new here. I Have only been doing this for about a week or two. I haven't seen much results and feel like I am hungry all the time. I like reading the words of encouragment that you all post. This seems to be a great app! A little about my self is I am 32 have two kids a 7 year old and 2 year old. I work full time and go to school partime so alot of quick meals for me but have trying really hard to make them healthy. I have only gone over my calorie goal once and wasn't by much so I am proud of what I have done.

Welcome to the club! I just re-started 3 days ago after failing with MFP in June. This time it will work, I just need support. I know what you feel about being hungry, I've been obsessed with food thoughts. I'm chewing mint gum right now, because mint flavor in my mouth usually satisfies the food craving (a little while anyway).0

welcome to the greatest site on the web.
Sounds like you've got a good start, the next thing is to make sure you drink you're water and to start exercising if your physically able to.
I'm having a great time with this whole process and everyone here is about helping and encouraging.
If you're looking for a new mfp friend please feel free to add me.0 -
Hi and welcome.
Try different foods. A high protein diet will help with constant hunger. A high carb diet will increase that hungry feeling. Try eating smaller amounts more often(5-7 small meals per day instead of 3).
You will find the right combination. Keep at it.0
