Ten Minute Trainer results

Just wanted to share my success with the Team Beachbody Ten Minute Trainer program. If you are interested, check out my blog at http://drsteph01.blogspot.com. Too lazy to post it all again here! lol

I am going to try out the Slim in Six program starting in November. This month I have to focus on push-ups, sit-ups, and running to get ready for my Army Physical Fitness Test.

I dont know about the Ten Minute Trainer but I have been having the Slim in Six DVDs in a drawer for the last 4 years. When I signed up for MFP on Monday, I said I was going to pull those DVDs out again. Good Luck with your fitness test!
