Try an apple with a full glass of water. That usually keeps me from munching all afternoon.0

food is a good appetite suppresant. Try eating more fat and protein. Very satiating!0

Just a word of warning: as you seem to already be aware, you have to be very, very careful when looking for stuff like this. Some of it messes with your brain to turn off appetite signals. Obviously, any pill that scrambles your brain is bad. That said, there are probably some legit types out there. I just use filling foods. For example, 500 calories of green beans (that would be a lot) is much more filling than 500 calories of cheesecake.0

I tried glucomannan for a while. It is just a fiber supplement. This particular fiber expands when it hits water. The only side effects are those you would have with any fiber...0

Please don't take any pills or supplements. Most of them aren't FDA-approved, and it's not worth the risk!
I actually learned in my Nutrition class (and from experience) that protein keeps you satisfied the longest. Carbs may make you feel the most satisfied, but the effects aren't nearly as long-lasting as protein.
So I recommend snacking on items with lots of protein. I eat low-fat mozzarella string cheese. Only 60 calories, but keeps me goin'! Hard boiled eggs are good for that, too.
Good luck!0 -
whatever you do, do not take lipo 6 or lipo 6 black0
