The scariest movie I EVER saw.... The Strangers with Liv Tyler. That *kitten* could really happen!! I watched it once and never will again.

I am intrigued by this one too.....so not going to a summer home for a bit

I can't watch a whole movie without one or both my boys, so they have to be family friendly. Monster House and Hocus Pocus. And, of course, Disney's Halloween Special! :)

This is my new Halloween favorite

    trick-r-treat.jpg

YES!! Watched that one last year (or the year before...can't remember) but I loved it!! Definitely going to be watching it again this year!

It's tradition at my house to always watch Nightmare Before Christmas around Halloween time. And I love Hocus Pocus!! I keep seeing it everywhere recently...definitely am going to have to rent that one, as well. Even though those 2 aren't "scary" they're good for the Halloween mood.

Drag Me to Hell was another good one...I don't think my best friend has watched that one yet, so we may have to rent that one. There's so many movies to choose from!

***EDIT*** Oh and who can forget--the original PUMPKINHEAD!!

I have my own 31 Days of Horror FilmFest every year. But I mean ACTUALLY scary films, some likely not heard of by the mainstream. Today, I am watching Phenomena (1985)

I love Halloween themed horror movies that are NOT the Halloween movie series (although I love those too, especially the new Rob Zombie remakes)

To this day, Candyman is my number one! (:
That movie scared the daylights out of me when I was little. I still can't go through the entire thing without someone holding my hand. :p
