HOW TO JOIN A TEAM

I see all these blue team, purple team, etc. How do you get on a team? Can I join a team? Please help I need all the motivation possible. I'm the type of person to start out hard and all it takes is one day to mess me up. Then before you know it I weight 10 more pounds.:cry::cry: :sad: :sad:

    All teams and clubs are open. Pick the one you want to join and post in it.

    Send a message to bohlon15. That way whoever is in charge of keeping track of weigh-ins will know you're on their team.
