I recently went back to work. Today i was on my feet for 7 hours or so walking around lots. How should i log this? I changed my lifestyle thing to lightly active. Now it's giving me more calories. I don't know what to log walking around all day for work as though. This is definitely out of the normal for me. My lower back and feet hurt lol.

Can anyone help?

If you changed your activity setting, there is no need to log the walking separately. The walking is calculated into your lifestyle calories.

    this.

is this change going to be part of your new daily life? if so, i would keep your activity level set at light from now on.

If you changed your lifestyle, you don't need to log work. Your lifestyle counters in work - if you're on your feet for several hours a day, that would be lightly active. You're done. The only calories you need to log are actual work outs.
