Indian Food!!!!

So my husband loves indian food and I finally let him take me out a while ago to try it for the first time and i decided I love it!!!!!!!!!
I've been trying to find lists of how many calories are in some of the dishes and haven't really found any good ones... Anybody here know of any lists or know which of the dishes are healthier... Thanks!!!!!!

    The ones with the sauces tend to have a lot of calories, sodium and fat.... but I love them. I love chicken tikka masala. I am trying to do a good remake of this recipe:

    I've remade it a few times, came out amazing one time but I don't remember exactly what I did! :frown:

    Not sure what kind of dishes you have tried or want to make?

    be careful...a LOT of Indian food is very high in cals. lots of butters and oils etc....You could try home cooking it, maybe with an Indian cookbook.

    I usually keep Indian for a treat meal. It's DAMN good though!!!

    I make my own curried chicken breast, so I can control the sodium, etc. I cook it with as little olive oil as possible. We love it too, and you can find some great vegetarian recipes in Indian cuisine.
