Hey there.
I was curious, all those diet supplement commercials ...
Do they really work?
Has anyone tried anything?
Is it considered cheating?

A wise poster on here once said:
You didn't need a supplement to gain weight. You don't need a supplement to lose it.
And it is still absolutely true. The supplements are crutches that sell a quick fix by patching up the symptom (excess weight), but not the problem (improper eating and exercise habits). To put it bluntly, I have never seen someone use any type of supplement and succeed over the long term.
The only supplements I would recommend are vitamins and possibly green tea.0
