    I use Whey and Casien protein, Multivitamin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Calcium, Fish Oil, and BCAA's.

    They are great, and cheap. I highly recommend them!

    Depends on what you mean by diet supplements I guess. I take a multi vitamin, fish oil, whey protein shakes. I'm also thinking of taking some extra vitamin D because it's coming up on winter and seattle and I probably won't see much sun for the next 6 months.

    Any supplement that helps the body function in general will help you lose weight in a caloric deficit.
