Hi! I am 5'8 and about five years ago I lost 70lbs. I have been able to maintain by watching what I eat, and exercising on a regular basis. About two years ago I hit a stopping point of losing weight. I would love to loose just 15 more pounds for my goal weight of 160. I had given up, but my sister-in-law asked me to start MFP with her, and I figured lets go for it. Since starting MFP, I have lost just five pounds. (The same five I always loose and gain) I drink lots of water, stay within my calories, and workout at least four times a week. I need some advice to get me over this hump! I could also use some more friends on here, who are about the same height as me with the same goals. I want to get over this hump and finally reach my goal weight!!!
