New exercise program

Hi! I am kinda new here and wanted to say hi to everyone. I started a new exercise program today with Chris Freytag. She is great! She has some great workouts! Anyone else really like her and if so what is your favorite video of hers and why? I did some walking/toning workout that she has. I thought..... "ok, this is a walking workout so I can do this easy." YEAH RIGHT! Lol She does a lot of toning and for a beginner, it kicked my butt! :) I feel good after that workout though! I haven't really been eating good and all but I figure baby steps work and I didn't want to get discouraged from exercising just because I haven't cleaned up some of my eating yet.

    Welcome to MFP! Good luck meeting you fitness goals! Sounds like you have the right idea about changing one thing at a time. If you slowly change your life for the better you are more likely to stick to it than a huge sudden change. Lots of baby steps quickly add up to life changing habits.

    Thanks! :) I think that lots of baby steps add up to a lot too! I'm the type that if I feel deprived then I am more likely to eat REALLY bad. I figure if I do a little step here and there, then maybe I will be more likely to stick with it.
