Hi, I started on here yesterday and already love the site...I want to lose about 20 lbs and I know by tracking what I eat is going to help tons!!! I love running and that's all I have been doing as far as exercise for now... no weights yet. I think eventually I will add weights but right now I am sticking to pure cardio and every once in a while I will do polymetrics too.

    three weeks into it and i lost 13 pounds since aug. 12th ive lost a total of 22 pounds. just being aware of what we eat makes a impact on how fast we can control our LBS...haha
