Bananas in Warm Rum Sauce

-1 tablespoon butter
-1/3 cup dark rum
-1/4 cup water
-1/4 cup granulated sugar
-3 bananas
-2 1/2 cups Edy's Vanilla Light Ice Cream

1) Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. While butter melts, stir together rum & water. Add sugar to melted butter in skillet. Stir in rum mixture. Bring to boil & cook 4 minutes or until bubbly & slightly reduced.
2) while sauce reduces, slice bananas diagonally (oval slices). Add to sauce & cook 3 minutes, turning until coated & thoroughly heated. Remove from heat & serve with ice cream.

Yield: 5 servings (~1/3 cup bananas with sauce & 1/2 cup ice cream per person).
