What did you do to burn 1600 calories?
I did 40 mins of taebo this morning, walked to the store and back twice (1 mile there and back)
then 2 1/2 hours playing football and basket ball with the kids0 -
Hey Jeff, click on the exercise diary link on the bottom left and it shows all the activities and calories burned (I just discovered this the other day)0

I've got like super energy today and i have been trying to snack through out the day....0

I would say that with the calories you have consumed, if you are not hungry then don't eat anymore. You are not depriving yourself, you have had an adequate intake today. It's not like you burned 1,000 calories and only ate 200. I personally don't eat my exercise calories back because it's just far more than I can possibly eat.0

I would probably have some peanut butter toast a couple of hours before bed, to get me through the night. But honestly, if you're not hungry and you don't do this (go into neg) every day, you should be okay.0

I never "eat all my calories" either. I figure If I am not hungry I don't really need it....you will get hungry and on those days just eat! That's what I do and it seems to work Lost 12 and a half pounds since the first of August! Besides, you have to burn more tha you eat to actually lose weight!0

Looks like this has only happened to you once so I wouldn't worry about it. Eating when you are not hungry is what got you and the rest of us into the situations we're in!
Just wondering~ are you wearing a HRM while exercising?0 -
Actually it's pretty much happened most days since September 11th. The OP rarely hits her calorie goal and is usually 1000 calories or less under it. It's time to start eating more. You're not hungry because your body doesn't think it's going to get adequate food so it's saying, "Why bother telling her I need fuel if she's not going to give it to me anyway?" Start eating about a 100 calories more a day for a week and keep adding until you hit your calorie goal. MFP already gives you a deficit so, by not eating, you're just making it bigger.
Also, the above is dependent on how you calculate your exercise calories. If you're using mfp, it's probably a good idea not to eat them all back. It's been known to overestimate for some people (I once checked what it said for an exercise dvd I use and it gave me twice what I know I burn) and underestimates for others. I'm sure it gets some people right tho.
If you're using a a heart rate monitor, trust that more.
If you're using a bodybugg, most people trust it. I can't trust my exercise calorie burn on mine tho.0
