in Introduce Yourself
I too am new to this website. I found it during a search for something else and feel like it along with your support will assist me with starting yet another lifestyle change (ditched the word diet as it hasn't seemed to work!:tongue: ). I look forward to reading alot of the posts and maybe chiming in here and there, plus making some buddies that have the same goals, eat better, exercise more and hopefully lose some weight before vacation in June!:blushing:
