i am obsessed with Florence and the Machine's latest single, "Shake It Out". as i listen o it, i can't help but think of all of us here on this site and our trials and tribulations on this weight loss journey we have all undertaken. so for those of you that have not heard it, here are the lyrics...but trust me, you need to hear the actual song, she is fabulous.
