    moisturise moisturise!

Make sure you put some cream on immediately after coming out of the shower and use a gentler soap like Dove. Dont stay too long in the shower / bath as the hot water strips your skin of its natural oils.

You can also try taking some supplemts such as Omega 3 & 6 and zinc which will give your hair and skin a boost.

I also take organic coconut oil which has helped me. (i have eczema and chronic dry/flaky skin)

    All the best!

Apply baby oil gel to your wet skin after the shower. Even with sensitive (or excema-prone) skin this works wonders. I even use it on my face :)

Aquaphor- alittle expensive but the container last months. With eight glasses of water and that. No more dry skin

    Silcock's Base or Aqueous Cream.
Both really cheap for huge containers (only a couple of bucks) and you can use either of them as a soap substitute (i.e., in shower) and/or as a moisturiser after.
    They're amazing!
Also Omega supplements, as has been mentioned.
