I think I'm going to stop saying "I've 'lost' 2 lbs", or "I've 'lost' 2 inches." I didn't lose them! I know exactly why they're gone, where they've went, and that I'm am most certainly not going to 'find' them again!! I vote for - 'eradicated', 'obliterated', 'terminated', or 'abolished'!

It's a good day.
You all are beautiful.
Kick those lbs and inches to the curb.

All great words! There is someone else who says she has 'released' her weight, which I think is great also

Terminated reminds me of Arnold - "I'll be back."....SO, I prefer abolished! ;D

What a great idea.. When you lose something you imply that it needs to be found, and weight is one thing we do not want to find.. I think I will start describing it that way.. Thanks!
