A week or two ago a similar thing happened to me... I was getting off the treadmill in kinda a funk. I get a lot of thinking done while walking/running and I was just in my own head. A woman on the elliptical stopped me and said "WOW, YOU'VE LOST SO MUCH WEIGHT!! YOU LOOK GREAT!" Totally made me step back and realize my hard work really was paying off.

..now too bad it wasn't someone for a possible date! Hahah!
