Hello all,
Name's Dew and I just started MFP yesterday. Feeling sore in my legs and shoulders, realizing just how out of shape I got! Was in pretty good shape in high school but of course, I was on the physical training team then. Now I'm 24 and find myself almost hitting the 200 mark. My goal is to lose 75 pounds and get back to my high school size!
Just hoping I can pull through. I tend to lose motivation after a few weeks, so I'm trying to keep psyching myself every time I get ready to exercise.
