I just weighed myself, but with my clothes on.
Said I lost four lbs, but I had some clothes on, so I took off one pound for clothes. I had on track pants, underwear, bra, tshirt, and thick fleecy socks.
How many should I take off for clothes? Was that too much?
I can't weigh myself naked cause the only scale in the house is in my nana's room, and she's ALWAYS in there haha.
Also, why does none of the strength training calculate towards calories? I did a bunch of 15 minute workouts...and I put them in, and none of them counted. I was sweating and breathing heavy, so I know something was goin' on, but lunges, squats, jumping jacks, etc, aren't counted...how do I go about counting them??

Maybe you should put it under circuit training.

Where would I find the circuit training in the exercise log?0

Are you not unable to take the scales out of your grandma's room for a few minutes?
If not you could always wear the lightest clothes possible, and wear the same thing each time you weigh-in.
Saves any confusion on the scale :flowerforyou:0 -
In the cardio section, there is an entry for strength training... It will give you calories back for your food diary0
