Sickness and food craving??

Am I the only fool who eats bad choices when I am sick?? I can have physical pain from my back and or shoudler (which I will have surgery on in December) or have my Chronic Sinus Infections and crave Junk!! What is up with that?? I have my theory of what is going on, but how to stop this I dont know.
