New to MFP!

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie to the site and wanted to drop in and say hello. I'm excited to come on board and share my experience. Having already started a healthy journey back in August, I've remained pretty physically active (I try to go to the gym at least 4 times a week) but portion control and caloric intake remains my weakness. As a result of some of my poor choices in portion, the weight isn't falling off fast enough - which is a shame because I am kicking tush in the gym....I look forward to getting tips and insights from all of you and to ride along this crazy roller coaster of fitness and weight loss.
