Ok...I've been here since OCT. I got down to 139.3 two days before Christmas. After Christmas (a week later) I weighed in at 148! I knew I had gone over a little - but that many calories is just impossible! So I took two week off the scale stuck to my calories and worked out. I had a couple days I went over but NEVER more than 250 calories so that's still 250 calories under maintenance because I have a 500 deficient! I've been eating my exercise calories some days...some days not depending of if I'm hungry. I ONLY drink water and lots of it so I know that's not the problem.
Well, I weighed in after two weeks and I'm 147 :noway: Seriously? I went from a 12 pound loss at Christmas to a 5 pound loss?
Any suggestions? I got a HRM but am not impressed with it at all so it's going back until I can afford the Polar F6.

What time of day were you weighing yourself? I found that I fluctuate 5 pounds between morning and night.0
