Circuit Training Question...

Question!...When I workout in the morning I only have about 45 minutes. I like to do strength traning every other day and a half hour of cardio every day. What are the best circuit training machines to use with 10-15 minutes in order to build strength in my arms and tone my buns and thighs??

Also, how many reps & sets do you reccomend?

Thanks!!

  • I enjoy Crossfit circuit training because it is a short workout that changes every day. I'd recommend either going to a Crossfit gym, or find a gym that posts their WOD (workout of the day) and then following that workout.

One of my favorite exercises that shows up regularly in the WOD at my gym is the two arm kettlebell swing. It isgreat for arms, buns, thighs, and core. There are many demonstrations videos on YouTube to show you how.

Tabata routines are good and generally require minimal equipment, other than a timer. There are several Apps for smartphones that are made just for this.
