Careful that the ones from Walmart don't snap.

In my opinion you and your roommates should chip in together and get the complete set from Beachbody or a set of Power Blocks. Want to know more message me, I can help steer you in the right direction.

You can step on them closer to the handle to increase resistance.
  • The Danskin brand - resistance bands - really suck. I purchased the Gold Gym brand and they are good. They tell you the amount of resistance and they work out really good. Just make sure you follow the instructions whenever you begin or end your workout. Take care of your things and they'll last longer!

i have the golds brand, but for some reason it does not tell me the resistance, because i need something a bit stronger. I have been looping them and stepping on them to increase resistance
  • Sorry that I couldn't be of much help. **Shrugs sadly**
