Hello everyone, my names Travis.
I just found this site while watching a youtube channel about a mans struggle with weight loss (boogiedown550) and am VERY keen to get started, this is exactly the kind of site I have been looking for!
I would love to first of all become trim and fit, and then move onto becoming ripped in the distant future. For now my goal is to lose my tummy and become fit enough that I deem myself worthy of training Ninjitsu (There is a dojo near where I live and it is my dream to train there, but I don't consider myself fit enough quite yet).
Dieting is very easy for me, I don't even need to think about it. Things like Cake, Coffe, milk, bread, cheese, don't lure me, I don't rely on any kind of food and can happily eat a salad for lunch, museli for breakfast and a nice curry or soup for dinner.
I currently study game design, and when I am not sitting at my computer studying or at university studying, I am playing computer games. There is no excersize in my life at the moment! That needs to change and hopefully reading some of the stories here and keeping a record of my goal will motivate me to GET OFF MY BUTT!
So, of course my biggest struggle is my excersize. I will train 60 minutes per day for a week, notice no change and then COMPLETELY abandon all activity for WEEKS at a time. I know that the weight won't instantly just fall off and my struggle will be to obtain the discipline required to train every day without fail, which will also for me benchmark the discipline I aim for, to train a martial art.
If you read this far, thanks for caring, this isn't interesting! I'm noone special but I plan to be. Hopefully I will be one of the success stories influencing more people to achieve their goals!

[NOTE] I am 18 years old, I am approximately 5"7' high, and weigh approximately 90kg (I am Australian so I don't know what that is in pounds >_<) and aim to weigh around 70.

welcome Travis. im currently studying Shotokan Karate, and i can tell you that using this app (amongst other things) has greatly improved my killing power,lol
