I have been so inspired by so many people here - and i hope to be an inspiration to some one day. For now, I am 50 lbs down with 25 more to go - give or take - but i feel good and cant wait to reach my goal. So for all of you out there on the same journey - hope this helps!

    Thank you - i have simply followed the MFP guidelines and excercised. I started May of this year and have averaged just over 10 lbs per month - hard work but well worth it!

    Never lose hope!! I thought the day I turned 30 my metabolism went on a permanent vacation - but low and behold - I am slowly getting there!!
