I am new on here Just started yesterday tracking my food intake and I knew that alot of foods have carbs but when I entered everything I had ate yesterday it still suprised me. I did not realize that I ate that many carbs a day. I have been exercising and strength training but it seems I am not getting anywhere. I try not to eat alot of high fats and I have cut out sodas am exercising at least 4 times a week and two of those days are zumba for an hour and a half each but no results I am still stuck on the same number and have been for at least 3 weeks. I started on here because it was part of a class assignment but I think it is a really good thing to do so I will be doing it even after my class ends. Just wanted to say hello and if anybody has any tips I would greatly appreciate them. It seems I am starting to get discouraged by not losing any weight and being at a stand still.

  • I feel the exact same way i've tried so many methods but i always seem to just gain back the weight. Now i'm trying to actually stick to my regime... hopefully i can get some results and keep it that way.

Educate yourself on healthy clean eating. Just google it.
It is a real help to see it in black and white. Welcome and good luck.:drinker:

Well if its the good carbs from fruit and veggies then its ok, there great fuel. But if there from grains and junk then cut it out, eat foods that will help you lose weight, theres many websites that help if you google.
    Good luck
