Moment of clarity?

Week #1 of my plan: 2222.14 cals consumed per day + 494.57 cals burned from exercise per day = 2716.71 (lost 2.2 lbs)
Week #2 of my plan: 1822.00 cals consumed per day + 523.71 cals burned from exercise per day = 2345.71 (lost 0.6 lbs)
Week #3 of my plan: 1840.71 cals consumed per day + 491.33 cals burned from exercise per day = 2332.04 (lost 0.8 lbs)

I need more cals consumed to hit that weight loss SWEET SPOT it seems.

    Should have subtracted:

    Week #1 - 1727.57 cal/day (2.2 lb loss)
    Week #2 - 1298.29 cal/day (0.6 lb loss)
    Week #3 - 1349.38 cal/cay (0.8 lb loss)

    Remember, you tend to lose significantly faster in the first couple weeks, then things level off.

    I think you always lose the most the first week. You're doing good. Way to go!
