I'm veryyy picky and find it hard to find stuff at the store thats low with sodium, good tasting low in cals, fat, carbs, etc. So, can you tell me what foods at the store to buy or make? I like chicken, hard boiled eggs, toast, hot dogs, burgers, turkey burgers, chips, ice cream, fruit. anyone know some good tasting stuff for those? ooh and french toast. :) and what kind of exercises should I do..like if I do one day of DDR (aerobics), the second day will be toning, and third day will be cardio...3 days a week/30 mins ..do you think thats a smart way of exercising and burning the fat up? ohh and i like chili and shrimp but i cant eat spicy or greasy or fried since i had gall bladder surgery :(

well if you like icecream......one thing that i like is putting jam on icecream. or one of those fruit cups... i find it alot more low cal then whippedcream and syrup on your icecream.

make your french toast with egg beaters and use low cal syrup, it's healthy french toast now
and you can use cold chicken,or warm for that fact with the hard boiled egg, diced, mix with sald greens, throw some veggies in some lite dressing, and you have an awesome salad..very healthy, I add a tsp of walnuts to mine, along with mandarin oranges, yummy!

I just thought of something else....I make fat free hotdogs wrapped in the pillsbury low fat/cal crescent rolls, bake em in the oven, a healthier way to eat a hot dog, i'm trying to keep my childrens weight in check, but they do love their hotdogs, so
I try to incorporate them into their diets

and it's perfectly ok to do cardio everyday, in fact it's recommended! not necessarily hard core, but get your body moving for 30 minutes every day, it's good for you!, incorporate weights into your schedule, now you'll be burning more calories at rest, and toning your body, you see results faster as well.
